Your admission to and conduct at Garden of Rhythm, all Venues and at all Events is governed by the Venue Terms. By purchasing Tickets and/or entering or attempting to enter a Venue, you will be taken to have accepted the Venue Terms and, where a Ticket has been purchased, the Ticket Terms.

Your Ticket may be in the form of paper, mobile/bar code, email, wristband or chip technology or such other form that becomes available over time including paperless mechanisms. Tickets cannot be cancelled or exchanged after purchase, other than in accordance with these Venue Terms and the terms of the Ticket Agent from which they are purchased.

Only persons holding a valid Ticket will be admitted to Events at Garden of Rhythm.

Safety and Security

Your safety and security is important to us. You understand that you and your property may be subject to a reasonable search upon entry to the Event and you may be asked to provide photo identification. If you refuse to participate in these security measures, we may deny you entry. We also reserve the right to ask you to leave the Event if your behavior causes us concern for the safety or security of Event attendees. If we deny you entry or require you to leave, you will not receive a refund.

Prohibited Items 

We reserve the right to prohibit within Garden of Rhythm or individual Venues

• items which are illegal. Anyone found in possession of illegal or contraband goods may also be liable for prosecution;

• weapons, bladed/sharp articles, ammunition, explosives, horns, whistles, drums, fireworks, flags, flagpoles, inflatables, large umbrellas, glass bottles, flammable liquids in any container, laser pens, professional camera equipment, illegal drugs, alcoholic beverages, animals (except Service Dogs), confetti, glitter bombs, balloons, wheeled footwear, helmets, full face masks, food and drink  or any other item which in our reasonable opinion, may cause danger or disruption to any Event or to other visitors (regardless of whether or not such item is illegal or is carried for specific purposes);

• ceremonial bladed articles, where certain conditions for entry are not met;

Refunds

Garden of Rhythm reserve the right to cancel events. Notice will be give to the customers of such. Refunds will be issued if the event is cancelled as a result out of the customers control. 

Tickets are non refundable once purchased unless due to the aforementioned reasons
